Free Harvard Lectures on Science and Cooking

This fall, Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences will again present Science and Cooking, a series of lectures by Harvard professors, chefs, and other food experts.  The lectures are free and first come/first seated, and they take place at 7PM at Harvard’s Science Center (1 Oxford Street, Cambridge).  Excepted as noted, all are on Mondays and in Hall C.  For more information, contact science_cooking@seas.harvard.edu.
