It’s time to get planning — and recruiting coaches and students — for the MA state Science Olympiad next spring. Take a look at this year’s list of events for Division B (Grades 6-9) and Division C (Grades 9-12). See the U.S. Science Olympiad site for advice for teachers, students, and parents about starting a team. Check the MA state-specific site for Science Olympiad for further information. Registration forms are now available:
- Division B (PDF) forms are due Oct. 15, 2011
- Division C (MS Word doc) are due December 9, 2011
(First come, first served after those dates.) Manuals and event schedules will be sent to coaches after registration.
For Division B, there will be an event workshop and coaches meeting on October 15 at Assumption College in Worcester. Regional meets will be held December-February, and the state tournament for Division B will be March 17 at Assumption College. Dates and locations have not been set for Division C yet.
