The Ligerbots will be using the team’s 2014 robot in a post-season competition, Battle of the Bay, on Saturday, November 15, 9AM-5PM at Prospect Mountain HS (242 Suncook Valley Rd, Alton, NH).  Admission is free for spectators.  Newton high-school students who are attending NNHS or NSHS or are home-schooled are especially welcome to attend to get a sense of FIRST Robotics and consider joining the Ligerbots.  Seeing an FRC competition up close gives students a much better perspective about what it takes to make a competitive robot — as well as to see FIRST’s values of gracious professionalism and coopertition in action.  Parents are welcome, too.  For more information, email contact@ligerbots.com.
