The first in Newton’s monthly series of Mayor’s STEM Nights will be held Tuesday, October 21 at 6:30PM at 345 Walnut Street in Newtonville. Mayor Setti Warren will introduce the program. The featured speaker will be U.S. Representative Joe Kennedy III, who chairs the Governor’s STEM Advisory Council and is a member of the Space and Energy Subcommittees of the U.S. House Science, Space, and Technology Committee. Also on the program will be an interactive presentation by local software company PTC, a major supporter of STEM in general and the Newton Ligerbots in particular.
