The 12th annual Women of Science Competition will be held Saturday, December 13, 8AM-2PM at Bedford High School.  About 30 teams will compete in four science and engineering events (see sample).  Registration is open now until October 31 for up to two teams per high school.  A fee of $30 per team is due by October 31.  (A third team may be accepted after that deadline if space is available.)  Each team will compete as one entity and should consist of three women who are Juniors or Seniors.  STEM professionals will be invited to talk with participants over lunch about STEM opportunities for women.  The competition is sponsored by Bedford High School, EMD Millipore Giving, and UMass Lowell.
