During the entire month of January, the LigerBots, Newton’s award-winning, high-school FIRST robotics team, will host a fundraiser at Whole Foods market (Walnut Street and Beacon Streets).  The goal is to raise $1000 to help fund the team’s 2015 robot and the costs of entering and traveling to competitions.  Team members will be present during after-school hours to talk about the team.  You can support the LigerBots by purchasing a donation coupon at the register.  For more information, visit www.ligerbots.org.
